Job summary

PT. Tirtamas Coldstorindo Logistik is seeking a Front-to-Back developer fresh graduates or final-year students in Informatics/CS. The role involves building web applications, learning frameworks, and integrating with APIs.

Candidates should have at least basic programming knowledge and a willingness to learn AI coding tools and document technical work. Applicants will work with a collaborative development team, contribute to personal or academic projects, and be onsite at our office in Wiyung,

Qualifications

• Assist in designing and building web applications from frontend to backend.

Job description

Final-year student or fresh graduate in Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Basic understanding of programming fundamentals and web application development.

Familiarity with at least one programming language or web development framework.

Basic understanding of databases and how applications interact with APIs.

Interested in using AI tools to assist with coding, problem-solving, and application development.

Willing to learn how to create technical documentation before implementing software.

Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Able to work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate with a development team.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, Go, or similar technologies.

Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.

Experience using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.

Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI agent workflows.

Understanding of REST APIs, database design, or Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs).

Basic knowledge of Git, Docker, or application deployment.

Experience building personal projects, academic projects, or portfolio applications.

Additional Expectations

Willing to experiment with AI tools while understanding and validating the generated code.

Able to explain the basic logic and functionality of applications they build.

Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

A portfolio, GitHub repository, or personal project demonstrating technical curiosity is a plus.

Willing to onsite in Our Office (Wiyung, Surabaya)
