Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Sales Manager for a Cold Storage Warehouse in West Cikarang. The role emphasizes business development (70-80%) and building client relationships while developing sales strategies for temperature-controlled warehousing and related services.

You will lead the sales team, manage KPIs and budgets, and negotiate with key clients. Knowledge of Indonesian food/pharma logistics networks is important; driving license is required for client visits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales experience in temperature-controlled warehousing for pharmaceutical and/or food products.
• Long-term experience with a local cold storage logistics company or cold chain logistics company.
• Experience in managing and leading a sales team.
• Experience in KPI management, sales target management, and budget management.
• Possess a valid driving license and be able to drive independently for client visits.
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
• Knowledge of food and pharmaceutical logistics networks within Indonesia.

• Develop and implement sales strategies for cold storage and general warehouse services
• Generate new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients (70-80% of the role will focus on business development and new client acquisition
• Analyze customers' logistics and storage requirements and propose optimal logistics solutions
• Manage, coach, and monitor the sales team, including KPI management
• Establish and manage sales targets and revenue budgets to achieve business objectives
• Lead negotiations with key clients, including commercial terms and contract execution
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify and create new business opportunities
• Collaborate with warehouse operations and other related departments to enhance service quality
• Prepare sales activity reports and provide regular updates to management
• Perform other related duties as assigned
