Job summary

Ciputra Group in Jakarta seeks a Business Analyst to understand goals and objectives, perform gap analysis, design solutions, and produce BRDs. You will create mock-ups if needed and ensure implementation aligns with strategic aims.

You will liaise between business problems and technology teams, manage risks, support SIT/UAT, and help deliver secure, scalable IT improvements across the company and its subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS with GPA ≥3.00.
• Minimum 4 years as a Business Analyst.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and effective solutions aligned with goals and objectives.
• Bridge business problems and technology solutions.
• Perform gap analysis to understand business needs and design tech solutions.
• Collaborate with Application Development to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Analyze and recommend improvements to business processes.
• Create and execute SIT plans and test cases.
• Support UAT, training and rollout activities.
• Identify risks and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Share risk management best practices.
• Work with all project team members.
• Create BRD, sign-off, Business Case, and UAT documents.
