Job summary

PT Multipolar Technology Tbk is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to help collect and analyze data, translate requirements into functional design, and manage project changes. You will develop detailed BRDs, present them to clients, and ensure alignment with project timelines at Lippo Karawaci – Tangerang.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Informatics with 2–3 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome).

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information System, Computer Science, or Technic Informatics.
• 2–3 years experience as business analyst preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong coordination and project management to manage multiple priorities.
• Placement at Lippo Karawaci – Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Develop data collection checklist including business process, existing software and applications, and other requirements.
• Evaluate and analyze the collected data and information including the captured business requirements.
• Develop BRD and present to clients, then translate into functional design/specification document.
• Manage change requests related to the project plans daily to meet deadlines.
• Learn to present and perform demonstrations of the application or software to clients.
