Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ business needs, challenges, and objectives
• Analyze business processes and IT systems to identify problems, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Define business and system requirements and translate them into practical solutions
• Support the design and implementation of IT systems and digital solutions
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Lead or coordinate project activities and work closely with clients, vendors, and project members
• Provide recommendations on business processes, IT solutions, and technology best practices
• Prepare clear documentation, reports, and presentation materials for clients and project stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with good academic results from a reputable university
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, IT Consultant, or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience in system implementation projects
• Experience in business requirements gathering, business process analysis, and system requirements definition
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Business-level fluency in English
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional project teams
• CV must be submitted in English

Preferred

• Experience in ERP implementation projects
• Experience in upstream IT consulting, such as IT strategy, IT planning, system planning, or IT governance
