Job summary

Integrity Indonesia is seeking a Business Development Analyst to bridge business needs with product, technology, and operational solutions. You will translate requirements into clear specifications and support development and testing to improve products and user experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of BA/Product Analyst experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS, IT, or related field.
• 2–3 years in BA/Product Analyst or similar.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficient in BRD, BSD, user stories.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and translate into requirements.
• Document requirements, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop process diagrams to communicate workflows.
• Collaborate with Head of Product & Solutions and IT team.
• Identify opportunities to improve apps and processes.
• Coordinate UAT with stakeholders and IT team.
• Contribute to project planning and sprint reviews.
