Job summary

Organon seeks a Bulk Planner to ensure Bulk/API availability for production, while governing master data and managing discard budgets. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining SAP data, and optimizing material flow to support efficient manufacturing.

Candidates should have a background in supply chain and production planning, with knowledge of SAP HANA and cGMP practices, and strong English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in business studies and/or economics and industrial engineering.
• Experience 2 years in production planning and material management is preferable.
• Fresh graduate is also acceptable with excellent knowledge of supply chain management.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and cGMP concepts is preferred.
• Good English communication and strong teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Provides data to identify and facilitate Continuous Improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate and ensure recommended bulk requirement and replenish as required.
• Track supplier delivery to ensure bulk availability for production.
• Perform analysis on potential discard and availability materials for supporting production planning to optimize costs.
• Interact with internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure materials availability and customer satisfaction.
