Job summary

Organon in Pasuruan, Indonesia is seeking a Bulk Planner to ensure bulk and API availability for production and to govern master data related to planning and material management. You will monitor supplier deliveries, optimize materials availability, manage discard budgets, and coordinate changes in SAP BOM and master data to support cost efficiency and customer service.

The role requires knowledge of SAP and APO, English communication skills, and a willingness to learn end-to-end supply chain

Qualifications

• Bachelor. degree in business studies, economics, or industrial engineering.
• Fresh graduate welcomed with strong knowledge of supply chain management.
• 2 years of production planning and material management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bulk and API availability for production.
• Monitor supplier deliveries to maintain inventory and minimize discards.
• Review materials in SAP and reschedule BOM changes as needed.
• Maintain SAP master data accuracy and governance for planning.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to meet KPI targets.
