Job summary

Organon is seeking a Bulk Planner to ensure bulk and API availability for production. You will manage SAP master data, monitor material availability, and coordinate with suppliers to minimize disruptions and waste while supporting cost-efficient operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business/economics or industrial engineering, up to 2 years in production planning, and familiarity with SAP HANA and cGMP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies and/or economics and industrial engineering.
• 2 years experience in production planning and material management preferable.
• Fresh graduates accepted with strong knowledge of supply chain management.
• English communication skills required.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA.
• Knowledge of cGMP in manufacturing.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bulk and API availability for production.
• Provide data to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Track supplier delivery to minimize material discards and maintain inventory.
• Analyze potential discard and availability of materials to optimize costs.
• Interact with customers and suppliers to ensure material availability and service excellence.
• Review materials requirements in SAP and reschedule BOM changes.
• Manage source changes of Bulk/API materials in scope.
• Maintain SAP master data accuracy and governance.
• Liaise with supplier on material revisions and SAP material master data.
• Coordinate with CoE on production planning issues as needed.
• Monitor KPI such as OTIF and report regularly.
• Support regular team communication and continuous feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date technical skills and promote continuous learning.
• Ensure site safety and quality requirements and cGMP compliance.
• Promote SHE culture and interdependency safety practices.
• Act as back-up for Site Planner.
• Contribute to other development plans.
