Job summary

Organon seeks a Bulk Planner to ensure bulk and API materials are available for production and to govern planning master data, including managing discard budgets. The role involves SAP data management, supplier coordination, and KPI monitoring to optimize costs and efficiency.

The candidate should have a background in business/economics or industrial engineering, with 2 years of production planning experience preferred. Fresh graduates with SCM knowledge are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or industrial engineering.
• Experience in production planning and material management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bulk and API availability for production.
• Govern master data for planning and manage bulk/API materials discard budget.
• Provide data to identify and implement Continuous Improvement opportunities.
• Track supplier delivery to maintain bulk availability and control inventory levels.
• Review materials requirements in SAP and reschedule as needed.
• Maintain SAP data accuracy and support BOM and Material Master updates.
• Coordinate with suppliers and CoE on production planning issues.
• Monitor KPIs such as OTIF and report timely.
