Job summary

Organon is seeking a Bulk Planner in Indonesia to ensure Bulk and API availability for production and to govern master data for planning. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and customers, evaluating bulk requirements, and maintaining SAP-based data accuracy.

Fresh graduates with a strong foundation in supply chain and a willingness to learn end-to-end processes are welcome. Knowledge of SAP/APO and cGMP principles is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business studies, economics or industrial engineering.
• Fresh graduate considered with strong supply chain knowledge.
• 2 years of production planning or material management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide data to identify continuous improvement opportunities in production planning.
• Evaluate bulk requirements and replenish as needed to maintain supply.
• Track supplier deliveries to align with inventory and reduce material discards.
• Analyze potential discard risks and material availability for cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers and suppliers to ensure material availability and service goals.
• Review SAP materials requirements, reschedule in/out, and manage artwork changes.
