Zusammenfassung

Organon seeks a Site Planner to drive production planning and site supply escalation, ensuring timely execution of production plans and optimal material availability. You will perform analytics, interact with customers, and support continuous improvement while upholding cGMP and safety standards.

The role requires SAP & APO knowledge and strong Excel skills, with focus on KPI monitoring, cost efficiencies, and cross-functional collaboration across supply chain functions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferably in business studies and/or economics and industrial engineering.
• Experience 5 years in production planning and material management is preferable.
• Strong communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in SAP & APO and advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
• Knowledge of cGMP in manufacturing and packaging operations.

Aufgaben

• Create and manage monthly production plan and schedule.
• Perform inventory analysis and input on potential discard & availability materials.
• Interact with internal and external customers to ensure timely execution of production plans.
• Execute fulfillment planning aligned to global planning calendar.
• Monitor KPIs (service level, capacity, plan adherence) and report timely.
• Address demand/supply changes and communicate with stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement opportunities and data-driven decisions.
• Maintain site safety, quality requirements and cGMP compliance.
• Back up for Bulk Planner and maintain master production scheduling.
