Job summary

Organon LLC in Indonesia is seeking a Bulk Planner to ensure bulk and API availability for production, and to govern production planning master data and discard budgets. You will work with SAP modules to maintain data accuracy and support BOM and material revisions.

This entry-level friendly role requires a business/economics/industrial engineering background; fresh graduates with strong supply chain knowledge are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/economics and industrial engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome with strong supply chain knowledge.
• 2 years production planning and material management experience is preferable.
• Willingness to learn end-to-end supply chain processes and S&OP.

Responsibilities

• Provide data to identify and implement Continuous Improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate bulk requirements and replenish as needed.
• Track supplier delivery to ensure bulk availability and minimize material discards.
• Analyze discard and availability to optimize costs and efficiencies.
• Interact with customers and suppliers to ensure material availability and service levels.
• Review SAP materials requirements and reschedule as needed; manage BOM changes.
