Pengiklan Anonim seeks an Operations Manager to oversee head office and branches, ensuring smooth daily operations across administrative, warehouse, and fleet functions.
You will lead a team of about 14 staff, set performance targets, monitor stock accuracy, coordinate import processes, and implement SOPs while reporting to the Owner on improvements and risks.
This role is responsible for full operational oversight of the head office and branch locations, serving as the primary escalation point for all operational, administrative, warehouse, and fleet issues. The Operations Manager will make daily operational decisions within established authority limits and manage a team of approximately 14 people including warehouse foremen, driver foremen, administrative staff, and support personnel.

Set work targets and standards, conduct regular performance evaluations, and align operational standards across locations
Recruit and develop staff under supervision
Monitor stock accuracy through systems, reports, and periodic stock takes; decide on follow-up actions for discrepancies
Approve storage policies, goods flow procedures, and handling of problematic stock
Oversee delivery scheduling and fleet utilization through the Driver Foreman
Ensure vehicle maintenance, licensing, and operational readiness are controlled
Coordinate import processes including documentation, freight forwarding, and customs clearance
Monitor lead times and anticipate shipping delays
Maintain product documentation completeness: COA, MSDS, certificates, and customs documents
Ensure operational needs of sales team and area coordinators are met: goods availability, delivery efficiency, documentation completeness, and administrative support
Act as liaison between field needs and warehouse, administration, and delivery functions
Manage administrative matters including allowances, operational vehicles, and expense claims
Develop and implement SOPs for all administrative, operational, warehouse, and delivery processes
Ensure all processes are correctly and consistently recorded in the Accurate system
Manage vendors including couriers, freight forwarders, maintenance, cleaning, and security services
Prepare and control operational budgets in coordination with Finance Manager
Ensure completeness and validity of company licenses including import and chemical storage permits
Apply occupational health and safety standards in office and warehouse areas
Provide regular reports to Owner on operational conditions, stock, fleet, constraints, and improvement recommendations
About you
Minimum S1 education, any discipline
Minimum 5 years operational experience with at least 3 years at managerial level
Experience in B2B distributor or trading companies
Proficient in Accurate system, particularly inventory, purchasing, and sales modules
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams of at least 15 people through supervisor or foreman structures
Understanding of import procedures, customs processes, and inventory management principles
Demonstrated track record of building SOPs or work systems from scratch
High integrity and trustworthiness with budget and company information responsibility
Willing to undertake business travel to branch locations
Able to operate independently so Owner is not involved in daily matters
Willing to make field decisions and take responsibility for outcomes
Able to build and standardize work systems, not just maintain existing routines
Able to enforce discipline and work standards consistently across team
Able to maintain accurate operational and inventory data as basis for decision-making
Able to communicate actual conditions to Owner openly, including when problems occur
