Job summary

PT Natural Indococonut Organik in Tobelo, North Halmahera, is seeking an Operational Manager to lead the branch and ensure robust coconut collection, quality, and supply continuity. You will drive performance through strong leadership of the branch team and effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include managing farmers and suppliers, controlling OPEX, and ensuring SOP compliance while coordinating with Head Office to implement company directives.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education in Agriculture or related field.
• At least 3 years as Operational Manager of a branch/office.
• Experience in plantation, coconut, agribusiness, or related industries preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Capable of operational planning and control.
• Understanding of OPEX, cost control and efficiency.
• Ability to work with targets under pressure and communicate well.
• Willing to be stationed in North Halmahera.

• Manage assets, facilities, and resources; ensure maintenance, security, and SOP compliance.
• Analyze operational data to identify issues, take corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Head Office and ensure implementation of company policies and directives at branch level.

Manage relationships with farmers, suppliers, and business partners to ensure supply availability, operational smoothness, and problem resolution in the field.

Plan, control, and evaluate unit OPEX while ensuring effective, efficient budget use in accordance with company policy

Lead, direct, and develop branch team through target setting, performance monitoring, productivity improvement, discipline, and employee competency development

Manage assets, facilities, and operational resources of the branch and ensure maintenance, utilization, security, and compliance with SOP, K3, and company regulations

Analyze operational data and performance to identify problems, make data-driven decisions, take corrective action, and drive continuous improvement

Coordinate and report to Head Office and ensure effective implementation of company policies, programs, targets, and directives at branch level

About you

Minimum S1 education from relevant field, preferably Agriculture/Agricultural Cultivation and Management

Minimum 3 years experience as Operational Manager of work unit (branch office)

Preferred experience in plantation companies, coconut, agribusiness, or similar industries

Strong leadership and people management capabilities

Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities

Capability in operational planning and control

Understanding of OPEX, cost control, and operational efficiency

Able to work with targets, independently, and with resilience to work pressure

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities

Willing to be placed in North Halmahera
