This role involves managing operational and production activities, achieving sales and business targets, ensuring quality management and control, managing human resources and branch administration, and overseeing financial management and reporting for a vehicle manufacturing branch.
Manage operational and production schedules and targets on a daily/monthly basis, and oversee fabrication, assembly, painting, and vehicle body finishing processes
Develop local marketing strategies, manage inquiries and vehicle orders, and expand customer database
Ensure each vehicle unit (bus, truck, or ambulance) meets quality standards and safety regulations from the central factory and relevant authorities
Conduct recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and supervision of administrative staff, sales team, and technical/workshop personnel
Manage branch operational budget, control costs, and prepare periodic reports (monthly/annual) for submission to head office
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial), Management, Business Administration, or Marketing
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably in the automotive, manufacturing, or vehicle body manufacturing industry
Understanding of karoseri/vehicle body manufacturing processes, supply chain management, financial report analysis, and B2B and B2C sales strategies
Strong leadership qualities, good communication skills, conflict management, and problem-solving abilities
