Qualifications

• Understanding of vehicle body manufacturing processes, supply chain, and sales strategies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily/monthly operational and production schedules and targets; supervise fabrication, assembly, painting, and vehicle body finishing.
• Develop local marketing strategies; handle inquiries and vehicle orders; expand customer database.
• Ensure each vehicle unit meets quality standards and safety regulations from factory and authorities.
• Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and supervision of staff in admin, sales, and workshop.
• Manage branch budget, cost control, and prepare monthly/annual reports for head office.
