Job summary

Qualifications

Job Descriptions:

• Develop branch’s funding business, including achieving financial (sales) targets and ensuring sales activities are carried out effectively.
• Take responsibility for the development of the branch’s funding business, including achieving financial (sales) targets established by management.
• Collaborate with the Branch Service Manager to ensure smooth branch operations in compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Provide direct supervision to the entire sales team and foster effective teamwork within a positive and conducive working environment.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any relevant field
• 5–6 years of experience in the banking industry
• 3–4 years of experience leading a sales team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
