Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform budget forecasts per month, and per quarter
• Coordinate with the HR Department to fulfill vacant manpower
• Conduct weekly meetings with the team to discuss omzet, program campaigns, boot expansion, promoter sales, and merchandisers
• Negotiating sales with major dealers
• Do market and dealer visits
• Manage product and sales campaigns
• Expand new products
• Coordination with the marcom department regarding board procurement
• Coordination with the SCM department regarding the delivery of product units and returns
• Coordination with the Product Management department regarding product campaigns and support dealer program
• Coordination with the Finance and Accounting department regarding AR, Tax, and dealer support programs
• Coordination with the SOD Channel regarding the price list

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Management/ Economic/related
• Minimum 3 years of experience in same position
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
