Job summary

Kanalla Boutique Hotel in Lombok is seeking a Receptionist to manage front desk operations and guest relations. You will handle check-ins/outs, guest requests, and administrative tasks to keep daily operations smooth and guest satisfaction high.

The role requires 1–2 years of hotel receptionist experience, fluency in English, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. Uniforms and meals are provided, with annual leave per Indonesian Labour Law.

Qualifications

• Min. D3/S1 in Hospitality or related field.
• Min. 1–2 years experience as Receptionist in a hotel.
• Fluent in English — written and spoken (mandatory).
• Friendly, well-groomed, detail-oriented and guest-focused.
• Willing to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Uniforms & meals provided; annual leave per Indonesian Labour Law.

Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Send pre-stay and post-stay messages to all guests.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and upsell ancillary services.
• Process payments and prepare end-of-shift reports.
• Respond to OTA reviews and guest messages within 24 hours.
