Role emphasizes adherence to health and sanitation practices, teamwork, and attention to detail to ensure every plate and glass reflects premium hospitality. On-site, Indonesian luxury dining environment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic English language proficiency.
• Food handling certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment and keep all kitchenware clean.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Support kitchen with cleaning and organization of prep areas.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals safely.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Collaborate with F&B team for smooth service operations.
• Participate in hygiene training sessions and best practices.
