Zusammenfassung

PT. Fluida Teknika is seeking an Application Specialist to deliver expert technical support and application-focused solutions for biopharma and life sciences customers in Jakarta. You will run product demonstrations, trainings, and workshops, interfacing with sales, R&D, and product management.

The role emphasizes translating complex technical knowledge into practical client solutions, with travel as needed and strong communication in English.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in a relevant science field.
Minimum 3 years in lab, technical support, or applications roles in biopharma or pharma.
Strong knowledge of analytical techniques or biotech workflows.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally, travel willingness.
Good English written and verbal communication.

Aufgaben

Provide technical support and consultation to customers and internal stakeholders.
Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops.
Collaborate with sales during visits, tenders, and technical discussions.
Analyze customer workflows and recommend suitable solutions.
Act as liaison between customers and R&D/Product Management for feedback.
