Job summary

Formulatrix Indonesia is seeking an Application Scientist to develop and validate scientific applications for FLO, our robotic liquid handling platform. You will create application materials and support customers, collaborating with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Product Engineering.

The role involves planning technical publications, building customer workflows, and delivering webinars to showcase FLO capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Biological Sciences or equivalent experience.
• Wet lab experience is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Outline, plan, and create technical publications showing FLO solutions for researchers.
• Develop workflows and setup guides for FLO protocols.
• Build relationships with customers and kit manufacturers for publications.
• Travel to the US for demonstrations and customer visits.
• Provide Voice of Customer feedback to Product Engineering and collaborate with Sales/Marketing.
