Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking a seasoned Bid Manager to drive new business through expert bid management and competitive proposals in the Financial Service Institution segment. You will leverage business intelligence to identify market opportunities, analyze competitors, and provide strategic insights to boost win rates and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ bid management, tender coordination, or pre-sales (ICT/telecom).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise and FSI tender processes and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong communication, coordination and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines.
• Familiar with TKDN, HSE, Bond, contract management, and bid documentation.
• Experience with FSI e-procurement processes.
