Job summary

Lintasarta is seeking a senior Bidding Manager to lead end-to-end bid processes, partnering with Sales and Presales to craft competitive proposals. You will review tender documents, identify gaps, and ensure all bid requirements are met while evaluating opportunities based on potential and risk.

You will coordinate across teams for timely submissions and analyze outcomes for continual improvement. The role requires 7+ years in ICT bidding with strong leadership, English and Bahasa Indonesia

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in ICT, with at least 4 years in bidding or tender management.
• Strong understanding of bidding processes, proposal preparation, and competitor analysis.
• Knowledge of enterprise ICT solutions (Cloud, Data Center, Network, Cybersecurity, Managed Services).
• Good business sense, analytical skills, risk and opportunity detection.
• Excellent coordination, communication, stakeholder management and leadership.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia. PMP certification is an advantage.

Job description

Key Qualifications:
