Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk seeks an executive leader to align product engineering, finance, and commercial execution across ICT services. You will architect scalable offerings, standardize services, and drive profitable growth through the productization factory.

You will own cost governance, including COGS and OPEX, and design GTM strategies, pricing models, and channel incentives to accelerate market penetration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the productization factory and govern NSI from idea to launch.
• Define master service definitions, SOWs, and SLAs for all services.
• Design and execute end-to-end GTM architecture for ICT services.
• Coordinate NSI launches with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Govern COGS and optimize margins across hardware, software, and services.
• Build master cost models and ensure profitable pricing inputs.
• Drive vendor cost-down initiatives with Procurement.
• Develop pricing strategy and price books for ICT services.
• Create service bundling framework for profitability and ease of sale.
• Oversee lifecycle performance analytics and P&L for the portfolio.
