Job summary

PT PEGASUS SINERGI SOLUSINDO is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Beverages Product) to drive regional sales growth and expand product availability. You will lead the field sales team, optimize distribution networks, and oversee trade marketing execution across MT and GT channels.

The role requires 3–5 years in FMCG regional sales, strong leadership, negotiation, and data-driven decision making, with willingness to travel across assigned territories. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven regional sales management experience in FMCG.
• Deep understanding of FMCG distribution, MT and GT channels.
