Job summary

Epiroc is seeking a Business Development Manager for Percussive Drilling in Jakarta/Balikpapan. The role collaborates with SSEA regional teams to grow new business and map market potential for Percussive Drilling products.

You will deliver value-based solutions, understand customer needs, and benchmark competitors to enhance channel effectiveness. Strong cross-functional and international experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mining engineering or related field.
• Minimum of five years in business development, marketing or sales with international customers.
• Experience in mining and/or construction applications.
• Experience in production/mining environments is an asset.
• Experience in cross-functional, global teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with strategy development focus.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Percussive Drilling new business in the SSEA region with regional teams.
• Map potential Percussive Drilling markets and establish indirect sales channels.
• Deliver a value-based approach through product and application knowledge.
• Understand customer needs and perform competitive benchmarking.
• Serve as main contact for enquiries regarding Percussive Drilling products.
• Conduct market intelligence to guide regional BD strategy.
• Act as the primary contact with RDT division, including THE, DTH and HHE.
