Job summary

PT Epiroc Southern Asia is seeking a Business Development Manager for Percussive Drilling in Jakarta. The role focuses on creating new business in the Southeast Asia region by collaborating with regional teams and managers, while mapping markets and establishing distributorships or indirect channels.

You will deliver value-based product knowledge to customers, understand their needs, and benchmark competitors to enhance channel effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mining engineering, sales, engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, marketing or sales engineering with international customers.
Experience in mining and/or construction applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop the Percussive Drilling new businesses in the SSEA region by collaborating with regional teams and Territory Managers.
Map potential Percussive Drilling markets in SSEA and establish distributorship or other indirect channels.
Deliver a value-based approach by sharing product and application knowledge with customers.
Understand customer needs and benchmark competitors to strengthen channel effectiveness.
Act as the main contact for customer inquiries related to Percussive Drilling products.
Provide market intelligence to define a regional business development strategy.
