Qualifications

• 1–3 years sales or business development experience.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting.
• Strong English and Indonesian communication.
• Organized with reliable follow-ups.
• Able to explain services clearly and confidently.

Responsibilities

• Prospect potential clients via calls, email, LinkedIn and outbound outreach.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Book discovery calls for PM team.
• Manage and update CRM pipelines.
• Follow structured follow-up processes.
• Collaborate with Operations and PM teams.
• Report outreach and pipeline weekly.
