Job summary

PT. DYNA SOUL SOLUTION is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate the Creative Team, including Graphic Design and Social Media, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables for clients.

You will oversee end-to-end project execution, optimize workflows, and maintain strong communication between internal teams and clients in a fast-paced agency setting. Bali onsite, English proficiency preferred for global coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Communication, Marketing, Design or related field.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience in Creative/Digital agencies.
• Experience coordinating multiple client-based projects and creative teams.
• Strong understanding of creative production workflows, social media campaigns, and digital marketing processes.
• Experience handling AI-related creative projects (AI content, AI video workflows, or prompt coordination) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end creative and marketing projects from briefing to final delivery.
• Coordinate with creative teams to ensure timelines, priorities, and deliverables are properly managed.
• Handle multiple client projects simultaneously while ensuring smooth execution and delivery quality.
• Act as the main coordination point between internal teams, management, and clients regarding project progress, updates, revisions, and execution.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with client expectations, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
• Monitor daily project progress and proactively follow up on pending tasks, revisions, and deadlines.
• Review project deliverables and provide structured feedback to maintain quality standards before submission.
• Maintain project timelines, trackers, reporting, and internal documentation properly.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks, project risks, or operational issues and provide proactive solutions.
• Support team coordination and improve workflow efficiency across departments.
• Ensure project execution runs efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple ongoing campaigns and clients.
• Help maintain team accountability, communication flow, and operational stability.
