Job summary

PT RADITYA ANUGERAH MEDIKA in Bali seeks a hands-on Head of Performance Marketing to lead digital acquisition, analytics and growth. You will work directly with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager and our websites to drive sustainable growth and profitability.

This is a practical role requiring strong ROI focus and the ability to own performance marketing across the business from our Bali office, with AI-enabled testing and optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital or performance marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience.
• Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets.
• Strong understanding of lead-generation businesses.
• Good knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking.
• Experience with CRO and landing page optimisation.
• Fluent professional English.
• Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
• Available to work primarily from our Bali office.
• Strong practical use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Improve lead quality, conversion rates, CAC and ROAS.
• Analyse performance against actual leads, bookings and revenue.
• Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
• Improve landing pages and website conversion rates.
• Build clear reporting and performance dashboards.
• Support SEO and website optimisation.
• Research competitors and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage external agencies or specialists when required.
• Use AI to improve analysis, reporting, research, creative testing and marketing workflows.
