Job summary

SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Business Development Manager in Indonesia to drive growth across Microsoft Licensing and Public Cloud technologies. You will identify opportunities, manage key client relationships, and push revenue growth for a diverse regional portfolio.

You will present Microsoft MWP, Azure, and AWS solutions, collaborate with technical teams, and craft compelling proposals and reports for clients and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans with resilience and objection handling.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft business and Public Cloud Technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Microsoft Licensing and Public Cloud Technologies.
• Achieve annual revenue and gross profit targets for the region.
• Execute high-volume sales strategies targeting Mid-Market and Enterprise customers.
• Present Microsoft MWP, Azure, and AWS propositions to prospects; collaborate with technical teams for closure.
• Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Support marketing and sales teams in lead generation activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement effective sales plans and marketing strategies.
