Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a BD Affiliate Senior Manager Mandarin Speaker to lead partner networks and drive revenue growth across channels in Indonesia. The role requires deep Mandarin reporting proficiency, strong leadership, and hands-on experience in business development with affiliates and KOLs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• High conversational Mandarin and English proficiency.
• 10+ years experience in Business Development with affiliates, channels, or KOL networks.
• Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and business development activities.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive BD strategies to drive growth across all channels.
• Lead and motivate multiple BD teams to achieve revenue goals and activate partners.
• Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Build relationships with brands, retailers, distributors, universities, and corporate clients.
• Drive partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention strategies.
• Lead negotiations and structure commercial agreements for long-term value.
• Track sales results, partner productivity, and channel performance to meet targets.
• Design and scale partnership programs and campaigns to boost revenue.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop BD processes, KPIs, reporting, and dashboards to monitor results.
• Prepare forecasts, revenue projections, and strategic reports for senior management.
• Coach and develop BD professionals to build a high-performing team.
