Job summary

Big Dragon Villa Ubud is seeking a customer-focused bartender/barista/waiter to join our villa's dining team. You will prepare and serve coffee beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks while delivering warm, attentive service to international guests.

You must have prior hospitality experience, strong English, and be flexible to rotate shifts, including weekends and holidays. Maintain cleanliness and professionalism, and work well with teammates to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience as Bartender, Barista, or Waiter in hotel, restaurant, or villa.
• Ability to operate coffee machines and knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and various alcoholic beverages.
• Must have good English communication skills to interact with international guests.
• Flexible availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically capable with professional appearance, strong teamwork, and reliability.
