• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.
• Check and manage bar inventory and report stock shortages to the supervisor.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Ensure all drinks are presented attractively and served in a timely manner.
• Follow food and beverage safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Communicate effectively with guests and other team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest requests or complaints professionally.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages according to company standards.
• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
