Key responsibilities

Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

Ensure guests' needs are attended to throughout their dining experience.

Check food presentation and order accuracy before serving.

Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.

Prepare and reset tables before and after guest visits.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant service standards.

About you

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
