Job summary

KISSA10 in Batu Bolong, Bali, is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our team. You will craft cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, ensure presentation, and contribute to guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, strong knowledge of beverages, and excellent teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Domiciled in Bali is required.

KISSA10, an Asian Fusion Bistro located in Batu Bolong, is looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our team.

We are looking for someone with strong beverage knowledge, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating quality drinks and delivering excellent guest experiences.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to KISSA10’s recipes and standards.

Prepare cocktails, mocktails, coffee, juices, and other beverages consistently and efficiently.

Ensure proper presentation, portioning, and quality of all beverages.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area.

Ensure all bar equipment, glassware, and tools are properly cleaned and maintained.

Monitor beverage stock and assist with inventory control.

Perform daily bar opening and closing duties.

Follow beverage recipes, SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Communicate effectively with the Floor and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.

Handle guest requests and provide recommendations regarding beverages when needed.

Minimize wastage and maintain proper handling and storage of beverage ingredients.

Support the team in maintaining a professional and efficient bar operation.

REQUIREMENTS

MUST CURRENTLY BE DOMICILED IN BALI.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, bar, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, coffee, juices, and other non-alcoholic beverages.

Experience in preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Good knowledge of beverage ingredients, preparation techniques, and presentation.

Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and consistency.

Well groomed, positive attitude, and strong teamwork.
