Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of bartender experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including signature cocktails.
• Engage with guests, taking orders accurately and recommending based on preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, restock supplies and wash glassware.
• Create visually appealing drink presentations reflecting Plant Bistro's standards.
• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to minimise waste.
• Adhere to health, safety and responsible alcohol service protocols.
• Support colleagues and assist with other hospitality duties as required.

About the role Plant Bistro is seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including signature cocktails, classics, and creative concoctions

Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their preferences

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking supplies, washing glassware, and ensuring tools and equipment are in excellent condition

Creating visually appealing presentations of drinks that reflect Plant Bistro's standards and brand identity

Monitoring stock levels and communicating with management regarding inventory needs to minimise wastage

Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including responsible alcohol service practices

Contributing to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and assisting with other hospitality duties as required

Keeping up-to-date with beverage trends, new techniques, and industry best practices to continuously enhance your craft

What we're looking for
