Qualifications

• Experience as Bartender, Barback, Mixologist or similar hospitality role.

• Confident preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, wine, beer and bar equipment.

As a Bartender at Savaya Group, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering friendly, attentive, and efficient bar service across the group’s venues in Bali. You will work closely with the Bar, Service, Kitchen, Events, and Operations teams to ensure every drink is prepared accurately, every order is delivered efficiently, and every guest feels well cared for.

This is a hands-on outlet-based role for someone who is passionate about hospitality, confident interacting with guests, and comfortable working in a fast-paced bar, restaurant, beach club, or entertainment environment.

What You’ll Experience

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Be part of the bar and hospitality team at Savaya Group

• Interact directly with guests and create a positive drinks and dining experience

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages

• Work closely with Service, Kitchen, Events, and Operations teams

What You’ll Be Doing

You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with recipes, presentation standards, and guest preferences. You will take orders accurately, provide menu and drink recommendations when needed, and ensure all beverages are delivered promptly and professionally.

You will welcome guests at the bar, respond to requests, handle questions about drinks and ingredients, and maintain a friendly and engaging manner throughout service. You will also coordinate with the Service and Operations teams to support smooth guest flow and efficient order delivery during busy periods.

You will be responsible for setting up and closing the bar, preparing garnishes and ingredients, restocking products, checking equipment, and maintaining accurate stock levels. You will follow responsible alcohol service procedures and ensure that all drinks are prepared and served in accordance with company standards.

You will maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards across the bar and service areas. You will also assist with stock counts, waste control, breakage reporting, cash or payment procedures where required, and compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service requirements.

Could This Be You?

• Do you have experience as a Bartender, Barback, Mixologist, or in a similar hospitality role?

• Are you passionate about drinks, cocktails, guest service, and creating memorable experiences?

• Are you confident preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages?

• Do you have good knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, wine, beer, and bar equipment?

• Can you take orders accurately and deliver drinks efficiently during busy service periods?

• Are you confident communicating with guests and providing professional drink recommendations?

• Are you organised, detail-oriented, and able to maintain a clean and well-stocked bar?

• Can you work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced hospitality and entertainment environment?

• Can you remain calm, professional, and positive during busy shifts and unexpected situations?

• Do you understand responsible alcohol service, food and beverage hygiene, health and safety, and age-verification requirements?

• Can you communicate clearly and professionally in English?

• Are you flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and event-based schedules?

• Experience in premium hospitality venues, beach clubs, restaurants, hotels, nightlife, or entertainment venues is a plus.
