Job summary

Expat Roasters in Denpasar, Bali, invites a Captain Barista to lead coffee service, ensure quality, mentor colleagues, and maintain a welcoming, high‑energy cafe atmosphere.

You will train team members, educate customers on brewing methods, operate and calibrate equipment, uphold food safety standards, and deliver fast, friendly service in a busy setting.

  Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages.
