Job summary

BGS Bali in Bali is seeking a friendly barista to craft beverages to our recipes and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced setting. Prior barista experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

You will operate espresso equipment, greet guests warmly, suggest products, and maintain high hygiene while supporting daily shop routines, including opening/closing duties, restocking, and cleaning in a team-based environment.
