Ensiklomusika Music School in Berawa, Bali is seeking a friendly Barista to join our small cafe. You will provide warm customer service, take orders, handle payments, and help maintain a clean, well-stocked shop.

The ideal candidate has basic English, can work independently or with a team, and is eager to start immediately. Motorcycle ownership and a valid license are preferred.

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Barista to work in our small cafe / coffee shop in Berawa.

What You’ll Do:

As a Barista, you’ll provide friendly customer service, handle orders and payments, assist with food, drinks, and maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized shop.

Responsibilities :

Greet customers and provide friendly service

Serve ready-to-eat food and ready-to-drink beverages according to instructions

Preparing simple food with air fryer and microwave

Prepare coffee with simple coffee machine

Take orders and handle payments

Keep the shop clean, tidy, and organized

Check stock and inform the manager when items are running low

Work with the team to keep customers happy

Restock food, beverages, and ingredients as needed

Assist with outlet operations to ensure smooth daily activities

Comply with the company’s cleanliness and hygiene standards

Requirements :

Basic English speaking ability

Friendly, attentive, and responsible

Able to work independently and in a team with a positive attitude

Strong time management and communication skills

Preferred (not required) : Experience in cafe, retail shop, F&B, or customer service

Own a motorcycle and valid driver's license

Urgently needed – immediate start preferred
