Job summary

Warung Local Bali in Bali specializes in coffee and a variety of beverages. We are seeking a proactive barista to prepare and serve coffee, non-coffee drinks, and alcoholic beverages following established recipes and SOPs.

You will handle espresso machines and bar equipment, maintain cleanliness, manage stock levels, and collaborate with Service and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Bali-based applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of espresso preparation and latte art is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverage preparation and service is an advantage.
• Well-groomed with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
