Job summary

PT Good Rupa group in Bali seeks a friendly Barista to join our team. You will prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and non-coffee beverages, while delivering a memorable customer experience at every interaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 month of barista experience, basic knowledge of coffee and brewing techniques, and a service-oriented mindset. The role requires willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with neat appearance and teamwork as the standard.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 month of experience as a Barista (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of coffee and brewing techniques.
• Communicative, disciplined, and possesses a strong service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Neat and professional appearance.
