The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta SCBD is seeking a dedicated Non-Management Banquet professional for a Full Time position in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will coordinate with chefs and stewards to ensure smooth banquet service, manage group billing, and ensure all event spaces are prepared to the Gold Standards.

Responsibilities include communicating dietary needs, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding Ritz-Carlton’s exceptional guest experiences.

Competenze

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years related work experience preferred.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with chefs and stewards to communicate service needs.
• Prepare and present checks for group events and ensure proper billing.
• Ensure banquet rooms, restaurants, and coffee breaks are ready for service.
• Set tables according to event type and standards.
• Communicate dietary needs and special requests to kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout shifts.
