The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, located in SCBD, is seeking a Non-Management Food & Beverage professional to serve courses and beverages, set tables, and assist guests with menu selections. You will coordinate with the kitchen, manage order details, and ensure service standards are met throughout the shift.

This full-time role requires at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and clear communication.

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related work experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Set tables according to event type and service standards.
• Communicate with the kitchen about menu questions, wait times, and special requests.
• Record transactions in MICROS system at time of order.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and service stations.
• Present checks and process payments; ensure guest satisfaction.
