The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta is seeking a Property Manager on Duty to oversee all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional hospitality and service levels.

As a leader in guest relations, you will resolve guest or property issues, coordinate with departments, and drive the guest experience through the Gold Standards. This role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to luxury service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.
• 2-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Admin, or related major with 2 years in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related area.

Responsabilités

• Oversee property operations as Manager on Duty ensuring high hospitality and service.
• Resolve guest or property situations and direct guests within the lobby.
• Lead guest relations and track service issues.
• Collaborate with all departments to support operations and goals.
• Monitor staffing and financial performance to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety procedures.

Formation

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.

2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
