Job summary

Pt Sgs Indonesia seeks a proactive professional to support daily management, ensure compliance with corporate and regulator rules, and collaborate with branch bank staff to promote sales and achieve targets. Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above, preferably in finance, marketing or economics.

Experience in insurance, banking, or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

Comply with daily management and quality regulations; participate in trainings and meetings; fill activity tools.
Cooperate with bank personnel at jurisdiction branches; promote sales and targets.
Train bank staff on insurance demand planning, sales, product knowledge, and compliance.
Handle document distribution/collection and assist in claims and after-sales services.
