Job summary

Pt. Asindo Berkat Sentosa (Sec Bowl) is seeking a disciplined professional to join our team. In this role you will coordinate with branch banks to promote sales, meet performance targets, and ensure compliance with company and regulator rules.

You will train bank staff on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and regulatory requirements, support after‑sales services, manage document flow and risk reporting, and contribute to improving business quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in finance, marketing or economy preferred.
• Independent with ability to work in teams.
• Experience in insurance, banking or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Comply with management and quality regulations, participate in trainings and meetings.
• Coordinate with branch bank personnel to promote sales and meet targets.
• Provide training on insurance demand planning, sales skills, product knowledge and compliance.
• Distribute and collect documents and support after-sales services.
• Report violations or risks and propose improvements promptly.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Adhere to regulator rules and company processes.
• Follow national laws and corporate ethics and compliance standards.
• Maintain integrity and risk awareness.
